Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information EKGPass ("we") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it short and collect only what we need to run the Service.
1. Information we collect
- Account information — your email address and password (passwords are stored securely hashed by our authentication provider).
- Study progress — your answers, scores, and streaks, so your progress is saved to your account.
- Payment information — processed by Stripe. We do not store or see your full card details; Stripe shares only limited data (such as your email and payment status) so we can grant access.
- Basic technical data — standard logs (such as approximate location and device/browser type) used to operate and secure the Service.
2. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and grant access after purchase.
- To save and sync your study progress.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Service providers we use
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — authentication and database (accounts & progress).
- Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use essential cookies/local storage to keep you signed in and, in demo mode, to remember your progress on your device. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Data retention
We keep your account and progress data while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email us at support@ekgpass.com.
7. Children
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older and is not directed at children under 13.
