These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of EKGPass (the "Service"), an online study platform for EKG certification exam preparation available at ekgpass.com. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

EKGPass provides digital study materials — practice questions, explanations, EKG tracings, and exam-simulation tools — to help you prepare for a national EKG technician certification exam. Access is delivered digitally and immediately after purchase.

2. Not affiliated; not medical or professional advice

  • EKGPass is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NHA or any certifying body.
  • The content is for exam preparation only and is not medical advice and not a substitute for accredited clinical training.
  • We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam. Results depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Access is granted to a single user; sharing, reselling, or redistributing the content or your account is not permitted.

4. License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own exam preparation. You may not copy, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from the content.

5. Payment

Purchases are one-time payments processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout. Please review our Refund Policy.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKGPass shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any exam outcome, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
