All sales are final

EKGPass is a digital product. The moment you complete your purchase, you receive instant and complete access to the entire question bank and all study tools. Because the full value is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital content with immediate access and you waive any right to a refund or "cooling-off" period to the extent permitted by law.

Technical problems

If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing what you paid for, we want to fix it. Email us at support@ekgpass.com and we'll make it right — by restoring your access or, if we cannot, by issuing a refund at our discretion.

Duplicate charges

If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same purchase, contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge.
